Seasonal Sites
2024 Seasonal Rate for 30AMP is $3,700.00 plus monthly Electric. 50AMP site is $3,800.00 Super Sites available for $4,000.00! There is a one time clean-up deposit of $500.00, it is refundable if site is left clean and you take your camper with you. Rates are based on 2 Adults and 2 dependent children under 18.; extra children, grand kids, and college students under 22 are $100.00 each. Married children and adults must pay $200.00 each to be added to site. Maximum Adults to a site is 4.
There are 5 monthly electric bills based on the kw used at your site! Bills must be paid before the season is over! Bills are available at the general store.
SEASONAL BOAT SLIP; $1,200.00. Weekly slip $120.00
Rules for Seasonal Campers:
- SEASONAL CAMPERS MUST REGISTER ALL GUEST. Guest fee $5.00 per day $10.00 per nite/ per person. Guest Fee doesn’t include ramp pass for boat or jet skies
- QUIET TIME 11 pm until 7am.
- Speed Limit 5 MPH.
- Grass must be kept cut. There is a charge if we have to cut it.
- DECKS and Rubbermaid Sheds (8 by 8 max) must be pre-approved at OFFICE.
- Pets must be on a leash, cleaned up after and not left unattended.
- GOLF CARTS must be registered at the OFFICE.
- GOLF CARTS must be INSURED and driven by LICENSE DRIVERS 18yrs old and above ONLY!
